Operation Christmas Child is here!
Grab your shoebox on Sunday, October 14th and help spread the Gospel all over the world!

Head to your local stores, pick up school supplies, a special toy, hygiene items.  NO CANDY OR TOOTHPASTE.  Be prepared to discover how you can bring joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to a child in need of hope.
After sharing the story of the Good Samaritan, Jesus said “Go and do likewise.” That is the mission of Samaritan’s Purse—to follow the example of Christ by helping those in need and proclaiming the hope of the Gospel.

Operation Christmas Child is an outreach project that each member of our church family can participate in by packing a gift-filled shoebox and bringing to the church by November 11.  Last year, more than 11 million shoeboxes were collected and went to countries, such as, Peru, the Philippines, Rwanda and Ukraine. These children heard about God’s love for them in Jesus Christ.
Please remember to pray these next weeks for the children who receive a shoebox that their hearts will be opened to the Good News of Jesus Christ. What a joy to know these shoeboxes are tools that provide an opportunity to touch a child’s life for eternity!

Hear from a 13-year-old in Zambia who received a shoebox:
“I used to think that God was very far away. Now I have come to believe in Jesus as my Savior and I have my own small Bible. Thank you.”
Let us be a part of this beautiful ministry that blesses children around the world!
